Beachfront house w/private dock & beautiful views, Looking for sunsets and beaches while experiencing authentic island life? Our Sandy Bay home is just minutes from some of the best beaches and attractions. Just steps from Anthony's Key Resort, you can take a dip with dolphins, snorkel or enjoy a great breakfast. Walking distance to a new grocery store, several restaurants, and dive shops, including The Jolly Octopus and Beach Grille at Blue Bahia.
Some of the best snorkeling spots on the island are the small falls from the end of our 200-foot pier.
Relax and enjoy swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, and fishing from our 200-foot private dock.
There is a fresh water shower on the dock to rinse off when you come from boating or swimming and another shower located right on the second floor deck.
Lie down in the hammocks and gaze at the beautiful sunsets and the millions of stars in the night sky.
Listen to the waves as you sit and enjoy dinner or a sunset cocktail on our 20x20 terrace. There are fans in the main living and sleeping areas.
There is an air conditioning unit in the rear bedroom. The house itself does not have central air conditioning, but it does have a great island breeze!

Policies:
We ask guests to wash the dishes before departure and to leave the house tidy. We charge a minimal cleaning fee to hire someone to come in and wash all the sheets, turn the beds, and put the finishing touches to prepare for the next guests.
There are power outages from time to time beyond our control. The house does not have a backup generator.
We offer beachfront accommodations in an island community. We are located outside the tourist areas of the resort. The house is equipped with all your basic needs, including pillows and sheets.
There are no unregistered guests.
Guests are responsible for their own "consumables" such as toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, and soaps.
A 5 gallon jug of water is supplied. After that, the guests are responsible. The first floor tenant can replenish for $ 2 USD or 50 LPS. Sales tax of 15% and sales tax of 4% will be collected at check-in. We hope you have a wonderful time on the island unless it is reflected in your reservation as a 19% community fee.
