When making the reservation, it is necessary to pay a deposit of 50%. The remaining amount must be paid at least 7 days before arrival. Reservations made less than 7 days in advance entail the total payment of the stay when making the reservation. If canceled 30 days in advance, the property will refund the full amount of the stay, except for USD 50 for management costs. Reservations canceled between 30 and 7 days before arrival are exchanged for a voucher that can be used for 1 year and carry a fee of USD 50 for management costs. This voucher can be given to someone else. If you do not show up on the day of arrival or cancel less than 7 days in advance, the property will not refund the reservation. The resort is not responsible for flight delays or other types. If you experience a delay in your trip, you should contact the property as soon as possible.
