One bedroom has a double bed.
The second bedroom has a double bed and a double bed.

It also has: good size fully equipped kitchen, two tile and stone bathrooms with wood carvings throughout the living room with flat screen TV, dining area with seating for 6. Incredible terrace with hammock, pool and all kinds of seats, and the best views of the house. !!! You found the desired place on the island that everyone wants. There is no iron shore here.

Welcome to a quiet and private beachfront property. The property is full of lush tropical plants and flowers and among them are 10 villas (all unique in their own way). The beach is groomed every day. We have kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, hammocks, lounge chairs, and beach towels for your use. Along with free wifi. And we have WiFi on the beach and dock so you can play your own music while relaxing on the beach.

We are private but close to everything --- Activities, bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment. The National Park is a 3-minute walk from the beach. The park has zip lines, monkeys, macaws, sloths, and many other animals. Diving, swimming, and snorkeling are excellent right here off Turtle Beach, as the left side of our pier that has the mermaid is all rock and coral. You will see amazing colors of fish, lobster, so many things! And on the next dock there is a 5-star dive shop.

The walk from the beach to the West End or West Bay Beach is about a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute water taxi ride (which you can take from our pier). We are fabulously located midway between them. The dive shop and all other water sports will pick you up at our dock: swimming with dolphins, snorkeling, parasailing, jetskiing, etc. We are fully exposed to the west so the sunsets are spectacular and different every night and never get old.

We have two pools facing the sea so you can have a drink in the pool and watch the sun go down. We also have a fully stocked outdoor kitchen and grill and ample seating for fantastic cookouts.

Policies:

* Our driver picks you up, takes you to the grocery store (which is very easy to navigate), and takes you to Turtle Beach. He has been with us for several years and very well. You'll love it! Charge $ 40 (up to 4, extra charge for more) for the nice air-conditioned van and lovely service! There are some restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk. The Tons are a 15 minute walk or 5 minute water taxi ride from our 85 foot long dock. The amazing National Park is 5 minutes away with zip line, monkeys, macaws, sloths, iguanas and many other animals. Golf disc and dive shop is also 5 minutes away.
